Terms of Use

The guide's available hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please make an offer for your desired time of use within this time frame.

In addition to the guide fee, please note that you will be charged additional fees on-site in the following cases:

• Admission fee for the guide when accompanying the guide to a fee-charging facility.

• Transportation expenses for the guide for travel during the tour.

• If there is an opportunity to have lunch with the guide during the tour, we ask that you also cover the cost of the guide's meals.

Please note that we do not accept any actions that endanger the guide, actions that the guide does not like, coercion, or anything else that violates Japanese law or is a criminal act.

We are not responsible for any troubles that occur during the tour. We will respect each other's cultures and do our best to make your stay in Tokyo as wonderful as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the reservation time.

• Cancellation within 24 hours until 12 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation within 12 hours of the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.

• Customers are responsible for handling fees for refunds.

Group Size and Guidelines:

• Depending on the course, there is a limit to the number of people that one guide can handle effectively.

• We ask for mutual respect and cooperation to ensure a pleasant guided tour experience.

• The optimum number of participants depends on the guide's ability, but a good rule of thumb is to have about 5 people per guide.

Handling of Baggage and Valuables

• Please take care of your baggage and valuables while guiding to prevent any problems.

• The guide will not keep any luggage. In the event of loss or theft of luggage, neither the guide nor our company will bear any responsibility for the loss or theft of luggage.
