・Can I only request one guide?

 →We can arrange for more than one guide if there is availability.

​・Can I still make a reservation today?

→It depends on the availability of the guide, but it is possible on the day of the tour if it is convenient for you. If you let us know your desired dates, we will check the schedule and make arrangements for you, including guides who are not listed on the website. It depends on the availability of the guide, but we accept reservations up to 1hour before the start of the tour.

・Is payment made in cash?
→We are sorry, but we only accept payment in advance online. If you would like to extend your tour, please submit your request online before the tour time expires.

・What hours are the guides available?
→Guides are available from 10:00 to 24:00, but availability times vary depending on the guide. Reservations are accepted up to 1 hour before the tour, but the last reservation can be made by 10:00 pm.

・In what situations can I use a guide?
→We can't help you with anything dangerous or illegal, but we'll do our best to accommodate any other requests you may have. We would love to hear about the dreams you wanted to realize in Tokyo!

・Can I extend my reservation?

​ →Of course you can. It depends on the availability of the guide you would like to use, so please click "Extend your tour here" in the footer of this site, or contact us via "Contact us" or "Extend" in the price list. We will send you a link for additional payment. If you complete the procedure correctly within the reservation time, you can use the tour at a discounted price compared to new reservations.
