Additional fees: In addition to the guide fee, you will be responsible for covering the guide's transportation costs, admission fees for paid facilities, and any meal expenses if dining is included during the tour.

Exchanges and Returns (Refund Policy)&Cancellation Policy

: Due to the nature of guide services, exchanges are not available. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation date and time, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel between 24 and 12 hours before the reservation date and time, you will be charged 50% of the fee, and if you cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged the full fee. Please note that the refund fee will be borne by the customer.

Delivery time:The service will be provided on the date and time of your reservation.

Acceptable payment methods: Payment is accepted online only. We use Stripe, which allows you to choose from a variety of payment methods, including credit cards and other options.

Payment period: The payment period will begin once a match with a guide has been successfully established.

Sales price:5000yen/1h～,As stated on the price list page, it depends on the course you select when making a reservation.
